Junior Customer Support Agent
Job Description
As Customer Support, you are expected to:

- Attend and answer customer’s inquiries through phone calls and ticketing system.
- Assist customers’ issues through ticketing system and phone calls.
- Ensure that all tickets assigned are properly handled and closed.
- Prepare monthly report and submit to the Head of Customer Support.
- Prepare and update documentations related to Customer Support.
Requirements

- Have at least 1 year experience related to customer support/service.
- Good command in Malay and English; both orally and writing. Knowing other languages is an added bonus.
- Fast-learner; we are constantly improving our product and services.
- Able to solve issues independently.
- Team player.
